KR Find-my feature Launch
Project Manager - Apple
The Find-My feature was launched in Korea in 2025. I spearheaded the project by configuring all relevant pages that contain Find-My information and overseeing the production process.
iPhone 16e Product Launch
Project Manager - Apple
As the producer for the iPhone 16e launch, I managed the end-to-end execution of the product release, coordinating across product development, marketing, and customer support teams. I led the localization process, ensuring the product and promotional materials were adapted for KR geo. I also tracked project timelines, aligned cross-functional teams, and oversaw the creation of marketing assets. My role was pivotal in ensuring the successful launch, from pre-order strategy to post-launch support, meeting key targets.
eDMs
Project Manager - Apple
I took full ownership in all aspects of our eDM campaigns, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy and business objectives. I collaborated closely with the DM team to coordinate and schedule email blasts, ensuring timely delivery and consistent messaging. I worked on a wide range of eDMs, including seasonal promotions, retail campaigns, and recurring product DMs. I was also in charge of catching up with ongoing updates to the internal tool for DM creation in dev perspective to share to the production teams.
WEB Production/Management
CEO/Founder - AlbaDOC
I oversaw the design and implementation of the website's architecture, content strategy, and branding. My role also included managing external partnerships and aligning the website with our overall strategic goals. I managed key elements like user data analytics, including inquiry/error management and visitor tracking, to optimize site performance. Additionally, I spearheaded the design and ideation of group email campaigns and newsletters, driving user engagement and communication.
APP development
CEO/Founder - AlbaDOC
As a founder, I played a pivotal role in designing the user experience (UX) and customer journey as well as the entire design of our app, ensuring it was intuitive, engaging, and aligned with user needs. I worked closely with our developers to create seamless navigation and a visually appealing interface that enhanced user satisfaction.
